Prosecuting Social Workers

For those stuck in the nightmare of Children and Youth Services we all share the frustration of dealing with lying social workers.  I still want to see the Schuylkill County social worker that lied in my case prosecuted for her criminal acts, threats and intentions.  Here is proof that they can and will be prosecuted if you can prove how they have lied in your case.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=9pDUJzxR4WY.  Honestly 5 years is not enough for this woman considering all the lives her outright lying affected.  In my case the social worker actually brought in her own choice of attorney to threaten my foster daughter that if the girl would go on the stand that day in court and testify against the family that sexually, physically abused and tortured her and her 3 siblings that the girl could go to jail.  Can you believe this crap.  And to boot to date she has gotten away with causing the fiasco and delaying prosecution of this nasty family of abusers.  This happened in a court house where the District Attorney and State Trooper who were prosecuting the case were present.  Who allows this flat out misconduct by a social worker trying to cover her own ass for allowing the children to remain in a house being horrifically abused under her care for 4 years?  The girl immediately called the state trooper upon arriving home and told him she did want to testify but was afraid this social worker would have her jailed just to shut her up.  I have just learned the charges were refiled and the trial is set for December 2013.  Only after a delay in June of 2013 because Schuylkill County CYS was told that they had to produce all of the records from the case.  Well you know their response "confidentiality."  The same excuse they use to hide how they change facts and lie.  Well the judge in this case was not having their crap this time around and demanded the records be handed over.  I can just see the witch now working day and night to change, destroy, white out, and add to the records to cover her tracks. 
When she learned that the girl was having conversations with the state trooper she told myself and the child she could no longer talk to the state trooper, the DA or her siblings.  Guess she didn't want them discussing the case behind her deceitful back.  She didn't however take her away from her therapist who along with my family was backing the girl in prosecuting the abusers and getting some kind of justice for the hell she lived through because of this social worker and KidsPeace who were also involved in this case through the abuse.  The therapist proceeded to contact the state trooper, guardian ad litem (who never even met the girl all the years he was to be protecting her) and made it clear that the girl was going for justice.  When the social worker got wind of this plan she contacted KidsPeace.  I received a call on February 28th at 2:40pm that the girls KidsPeace social worker was coming to remove the girl from our care by 4pm.  Kidspeace took the girl crying hysterically.  They were well aware we were the first safe home this child has ever had.  We had excellent reviews and had just went through a placement hearing where we learned our adoption of the girl could be completed by July 2013.  The abuse and mental anguish I witnessed at the hands of KidsPeace and Schuylkill County CYS was worse than most kids experience in a lifetime and for what?  To cover their butts they had to get her away from people who were helping her and love her.  They removed her without a court order or justifiable reason to throw her in a group home and threaten her about talking.  Once again seclude, threaten and never let the children bond so they can continue to hold them hostage in the system.  We also need more social workers who leave their jobs to speak out about what really goes on in these agencies.  Here is a link to those who speak up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arVPZHgTcmA&feature=youtu.be

Corruption within Children and Youth Services and the Department of Welfare

As many of you know I am a foster parent.  Dennis and I love giving teens going through a rough time in their lives a safe home and guidance so that they have a fighting chance to survive the “system.”  During this process I have learned a lot about just how corrupt and unfair the “system” can be.  I understand how people who are not involved with children and youth agencies and or foster care may not know just what a lot of these agencies are doing to keep the big wad of our tax dollars filling their pockets.  I have met people that have had children taken for simple things such as an unclean litter box, dirty floors, poor school grades and being mentally challenged.  Once these agencies take your children it can become nearly impossible to get them back.  You can also lose your children in messy divorce actions that play parents against each other with distorted tales of sexual, physical and mental abuse that one parent is accused of inflicting on a child.  Courts also like to use the terms: parent alienation, bi-polar, sociopath, and drug addict to rip children from homes.  Parents have also been promised the return of their children if they submit to drug testing for a 6 month period only to learn after 2 years of clean drug test they still cannot get their children back from these monster social workers. 

The so called money wheel works something like this.  Children and Youth Services received 1 billion dollars in 2012 to care for these children they have often legally kidnap from parents.  Then they pay a fostering agency anywhere from $400-500,000 per year who in return pays maybe $10-12,000 a child per year to a foster family.  This is without mentioning other kickbacks and payoffs that go to lying social workers, guardian attorneys, therapists and judges.  I can write about this with full knowledge as I watched it all unfold before me when I fostered for KidsPeace.  Not only did supervisors and social workers lie and cover-up criminal behaviors but they also steal personal belongings from the children in their care.  I have witnessed the worse kind of mental abuse inflicted by KidsPeace and Schuylkill County Children and Youth. Most children are way better off with their parents then these less than educated creepy agency workers.  They move children from placement to placement to cover up criminal behaviors by agency employees and keep children from bonding.  Then they attempt to hold foster families responsible for listening to their direction.  I would never recommend fostering through KidsPeace to anyone.  For more information on their corrupt organization this is a link to an article http://articles.mcall.com/2007-12-23/news/3936869_1_kidspeace-gravy-train-troubled-children that explains more.  The latest problems have been hiring sexual abusers and filing for bankruptcy mostly due to paying out lawsuits for children who die in their care.  I know of a child they have locked up and drugged in their KidsPeace hospital to keep him quiet about the sexual, physical abuse and torture he endured while in the care of Schuylkill County CYS and KidsPeace for 4 years.  He’s been held hostage at the hospital since October of 2012.  Then there are his siblings that are also being held hostage by SCCYS.  As being foster parents who wanted to adopt the oldest child we learned quickly just how far CYS agency employees and the Dept of Welfare will go to cover up criminal behavior. 

 

Senator Mike Folmer and State Rep Jim Cox demanded an investigation by DPW into my case and DPW just covered their tracks and those of the social workers.  They never did a full investigation.  For some sick reason ($) the DPW would rather hold these children hostage than let them go to loving safe families out of the system.  Although we are still pursuing the adoption of the oldest child the retaliation by these agencies can be brutal.  A local lawyer who has been helping many people with similar cases here in Berks has now had the agency threaten to take her children.  I have also heard of doctors and attorneys having their lives destroyed financially because they were involved in exposing what these agencies are really doing.  They are relentless.  They have destroyed many careers, families and children’s lives all for profit.  If you think the Luzerne County “Cash for Kids” scam was huge wait until the freight train coming down the track exposes more judges, social workers, attorneys and therapists who knowingly participate in this illegal, disgraceful behavior.  Judge Bucci was just slammed for his role in such cases.  Here is that info http://berkscountynewsnetwork.blogspot.com/2013/08/judge-bucci-slammed-by-superior-court.html .  We have formed groups that are asking for an audit of all PA CYS agencies and reform to stop the falsifying of records, stealing children, immunity for social workers, and unfair illegal activity in family courts.  House Rep Mark Rozzi is also helping in our fight for justice and clarification so that families can reunite and children can be saved from the horror that often comes from living in the “system.”

Randler Offers Free Services to Boro

At the boro meeting on March 7th, 2011, Dave Randler offered to fill all the flower pots in the town of Robesonia for FREE.  The Beautification Committee, no longer under the control of Joyce Phillips, has an option to use a local business-the same business Phillips denied the opportunity to purchase the pots from-and decorate the town at no charge.  Will they accept?  Now under the leadership of Mike Kocher, there is a chance to put the problems of the past behind us and give Randler the job.  I haven't heard of anyone else making the same FOR FREE offer.  This is not the first time and it won't be the last that Randler has donated to our community.  It shows a strong sense of integrity belonging to Randler, and just how wrong Phillips and her committee were when they denied local businesses to be part of the Beautification process.

March Boro Stuff

We are getting a Veterinarian at the Randler Complex.
Have you noticed all the extra part time employees the borough is using? Did you know that they let go full time street worker Greg Fink informing him that his job was being eliminated? Imagine firing Fink after writing about what a wonderful job he did during winter clean-up. Greg was hired to be the streets supervisor and then behind the scene deals had him quickly replaced by Garry Degler. Wonder if Greg will now be replaced by Garry’s son Andy or maybe the president of council has somebody from his family in mind for the job? Now one position is eliminated and several part time people are on the payroll. Depending on how the borough handles the replacement of Fink another law suit maybe on the horizon. The boro is also cutting secretary Dana's hours.
Wonder when the holiday banners will come down? Maybe the concept wasn’t thought out when it comes to paying people to sustain “the look” that we were all hoping for. Maintaining all the new ideas are proving to be more difficult than those that created them can handle.
I was also a bit stumped by the story reported in the boro newsletter. I am puzzled that the boro allowed this kind of staging in their publication when council voted to have my newsletter removed from the boro hall because I wasn’t naming names to protect residents. But then I did hear that the author retained an attorney and forced the boro to print her story. Seems more than a little suspicious that some mysterious businessman is slipping a council member money at a private meeting in a private section of an unknown restaurant. This man thinks everyone involved in going against this council woman was wrong and he has only taken pity on her. Pardon me for being doubtful but sounds like a tale that may help the wounded heal but really distorts the true facts of what occurred. I welcome this peculiar businessman to call me and explain how every council person, an attorney, and all but a few residents were wrong in their thinking and decisions. I doubt that I will ever hear from a ghost. As a businessman buying local should be a priority and being charged thousands of dollars because of a staff error should be unacceptable. Can’t imagine what kind of business he runs or ran. Is it unethical for a past committee member and sitting council person to accept cash from an unknown donor in a closed door meeting for a committee she was kicked off of?

Over 55 Community

Jack Keener has changed his mind in building townhomes for low income families to building an over 55 community off of Smokering Drive here in Robesonia.  Although this eases the dumping of more kids in the school district it will help very little with the traffic problems in our small town.  If Keener has to build a community I am pleased that he chose an over 55 one.  It is said it will be private and the streets will not be dedicated.  More to come as I learn it.

200 more Prisoners on the way to Wernersville

With little input from the public 200 more violent crimminals who are not elegible for parole are on their way to the Wernersville Correction Center.  What does this mean to those of us that live here.  More of our police time and tax dollars going to aid creeps.  Before long Wernersvill will be home to a prison bigger than Berks County Prison and planted in our back yard.

Two people were treated in Reading Hospital after their vehicle, which was being chased by police, crashed and rolled onto its roof in Wernersville, authorities said Wednesday.
The driver, Joseph Stokes, 28, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, fleeing police, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license and related offenses, according to South Heidelberg Township police.
Stokes, an inmate at Wernersville Community Correctional Center in South Heidelberg, was on a permitted release when the crash occurred, police said.
Stokes was committed to Berks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail after arraignment before District Judge David E. Glass in Reading Central Court. Stokes also was held on a parole violation.
Stokes and his passenger, Latisha Brown, 29, York Haven, York County, were treated in the hospital for unspecified injuries, officials said.
Investigators gave this account:
A South Heidelberg police officer tried to stop Stokes' vehicle for a traffic violation Tuesday night about 6:30 on Wernersville Boulevard.
Stokes pulled over, but when the police cruiser stopped, he drove away and continued north on Wernersville Boulevard.
Stokes's vehicle hit a curb and rolled about four blocks away near West Lincoln Drive. The vehicle landed on its roof.
Stokes ran into nearby woods, where he was arrested a few minutes later.
Brown was pulled from the wreckage by firefighters and paramedics.

You have paid for our police to deal with this crap the ambulance and hospital bills to treat the creep.  No driver license no insurance?  What is he out driving around for?  This place needs to be closed down.  It is costing this area thousands of dollars weekly to maintain.  Our tax dollars.  For what to encourage more crime?

Conrad Weiser School Board keeps spending not enough cutting

The Conrad Weiser School Board passed a preliminary budget Wednesday that would require the district's first tax increase in three years.
But while several other districts are struggling with large deficits, Conrad Weiser's preliminary budget's gap would be covered by a 1.3-mill tax increase.
The proposed 5 percent increase would raise the tax to 25.62 mills from 24.32. The tax bill on a property assessed at $100,000 would increase to $2,562 from $2,432.
The $41.1 million budget includes no conferences for staff, a 10-percent cut in administration spending and eliminating special education placements. Also cut are aides funded by federal stimulus money and a $100,000 budget reserve.
The budget anticipates a 14 percent decrease in state education funding.
That could change when the state releases next year's education spending level, which is expected in March.
Board President M. Todd Bray said there still might be some harsh cuts before the final budget is adopted.
The preliminary budget passed 7-2. Bray and William R. Sheeler voted no.
Bray was one of several board member who objected to the state's mid-February deadline for districts to approve preliminary budgets.
"I think its ridiculous for us to approve our budget when the state hasn't approved theirs," he said after the meeting.
Sheeler voted against the budget because the millage increase was caused by the teachers contract approved in September. He called the three-year contract too generous.
The contract froze wages in the first year and included small salary increases in the other two years. It also required teachers to pay a percentage of health insurance costs instead of a flat rate.
