Judges, lawyers, case workers, doctors...all involved in taking children from good homes and trafficking them through the system for money. Last year Berks made $1.844 billion off of children. Several of those children have been murdered while in the foster care system. Every lawmaker that does not create laws to stop the corruption is just as guilty as the family courts destroying families.
