Berks County CYS has fired several caseworkers and supervisors but no criminal charges were filed. WHY?? How are the lying employees permitted to walk free after destroying hundreds of families. Many children are still in care because of false reporting by Racheal Drobnick, Nicole Robison and Kate Ackers.
