LUZERNE COUNTY RETAINS TROUTMAN PEPPER HAMILTON SANDERS TO CONDUCT REVIEW OF DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN & YOUTH SERVICES WILKES-BARRE, PA (July 15, 2021) – Luzerne County today announced that it has retained the Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders law firm to conduct an internal review of its department of Children & Youth Services. “Regaining the trust of families and the broader public is our top priority,” said Romilda Crocamo, Acting County Manager. “We know that won’t be possible without first understanding what happened, how and why.
