This agency/group is back in Berks County. When it was here before all it was a way to steal and hoard more government money and NOT help families and children. Read the article. More often than not CASA volunteers are often as corrupt as the system. They are suppose to be an outside set of eyes reporting directly to the judge. They have 100% access to all records. This was started for ll the right reasons but as usual greed and corruption took over. Judge Ullman was the head of getting it started here again and we all know her deep involvement in CYS and the children taken from good families to be placed in harms way in foster care. DO NOT TRUST CASA!!!!!
